Sinful Colors Cinderella

Cinderella is a GORGEOUS pastel blue, with pinkish yellow glitter. The glitter is not chunky, it applies smooth unlike most glitters. I have been wearing mine for over a week and my manicure still looks brand new! This is my all time favorite spring nail polish, I could not say enough good things about this color. It is a must have if you love nail polish!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lavish Palette Review

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lavish Palette

The limited edition Lavish Palette, that Anastasia Beverly Hills came out with in the fall of 2013, was a Sephora Exclusive and was sold out almost instantly. If you can find this palette, or if someone is selling theirs, I highly recommend this palette!  It is still available on the Anastasia Beverly Hills website, if you want to get it! The quality of the entire palette is great, and I would not expect anything less from Anastasia Beverly Hills. This palette comes with a booklet, showing you some looks created by beauty lovers and makeup artists. If I am in need of any inspiration on looks to come up with, the booklet comes in handy.

The packaging for the Lavish palette is great, a little bulky for the entire palette. But the eyeshadows actually do come in a slim sleeve that is easy to remove from the palette and take with you on the go, or to have in a pro kit. The packaging is cardboard with a magnetic closure, and a sleeve with the Lavish logo as well. The Lavish logo may be my favorite thing bout the palette, it is edgy but glamorous. Under the booklet and the actual shadow palette, comes a pair of tweezers, a mini eyebrow pencil, a full sized eyeliner, and a dual ended brush. Because the eyebrow pencil is too dark for my brows, I use it as an eyeliner or a shadow base. These extras make the palette come in handy, especially for traveling.

The pigmentation of the shadows is incredible, and they blend together very easily.
Top Row L-R; Cream, Antique, Rum Cake, Moss, and Truffle
Bottom Row L-R; Ballet, Orange Soda, Sienna, Pink Saphire, and Black Diamond.
I love all the shades, because they are some what neutral, but there are a few colors to add a pop of color into any look.

Lively Lilac

Sally Hansen 420 Lively Lilac

Lively Lilac is a bright lilac purple, with a pearl sheen. This color has a great wear, once it dries, it takes forever to dry every time I use it. I would recommend using a fast drying spray so it dries faster, and hopefully you have better luck with it drying. This color is beautiful and I love it, it is a perfect purple for spring!

Clinique All About Shadow Quad review, and tutorial

Clinique All ABout Shadow Quad

The Clinique All About Shadow quad is a warm toned neutral palette, kinda. The dark brown in the quad is the reason it is kinda warm toned. The brown has a green tone to it, that is not noticeable on the eye. Needless to say, the eyeshadows are awesome, super blendable and pigmented. Depending on where you live, you can find this quad at Sephora or Clinique counters, for $28.
From L-R, the shades are; French Vanilla, Peach Pop, At Dusk, and Olive in My Martini.

The look I created with this quad today is neutral and simple, yet colorful, perfect for spring.
1. I applied a base to my eyes, I used Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind Concealer
2. I applied Peach Pop to the inner third of my eye and tearduct, using my finger for a brighter application
3. I applied At Dusk to the rest of my eyelid and the bottom lash line, connecting it to Peach Pop, I used my finger as well for this shade because I really like the control I have with the colors, but this shade would show up the same with a brush
4. By tapping my finger, with  little bit of Peach Pop, over the edges of the two colors I created a seamless transition
5. I applied Olive in My Martini to my crease, using a Real Techniques crease brush
6. I cleaned of the same Real Techniques crease brush, and then dusted French Vanilla on my browbone, and blended away the harsher edges of Olive in My Martini
7. Lastly, I applied a coat of mascara, I used Maybelline's Mega Plush

If you try out this look I would love to see it, tag me or use #beautywithEmmalee on Instagram so I can see it!

OPI Regis Rose

OPI Regis Rose

OPI Regis Rose, is a light pink with an electric purple duo-chrome. This polish is more on the sheer side, I apply 2-3 coats depending on how bright I want it to be. Regis Rose is the perfect pinky purple for Spring!

Pie In The Sky

Maybelline 622 Pie In The Sky

Pie In The Sky is a beautiful and fresh periwinkle color, perfect for spring and summer. The polish does dry quickly, not in 50 seconds as the bottle says, but it does dry quicker than some nail polishes.
